Yeti Airlines plane crashes in Pokhara, Nepal

A Yeti Airlines ATR 72-500 (9N-ANC) carrying 72 people crashed on Sunday morning in Nepal, killing at least 68 passengers. 

The ATR-72 left Kathmandu at 10:34 AM (local time), carrying 68 passengers and four crew members to Pokhara International Airport from Kathmandu Airport.

Yeti Airlines confirmed that the aircraft contacted the control tower one last time at 10:50 AM (local time) before going off radar.

According to the info provided by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, 53 Nepali nationals and 15 foreign nationals were on the flight, including five from India, four from Russia, two from South Korea, one from Argentina, one from Australia, one from France, and one from Ireland.
