Earlier this week, Aerolineas Argentinas brought home the Argentina National Football team following their World Cup Final victory in Doha.
As can be expected, the team was given a gracious welcome back into the Argentinian capital, with the airline posting the following photos on their social media this week:

The Images Above: Aerolineas Argentinas' flight back home to Buenos Aires.
ARG1915 was the flight number for the very long-winded flight back to Buenos Aires. LV-FVH was the Airbus A330 that brought the national team home.
The flight was long-winded because it had to first head over to Rome Fiumicino Airport (LIRF) from Hamad International Airport (OTHH) for a technical/fuel stop.
From there, the aircraft continued onwards to Buenos Aires, bringing together a total journey time of 19 hours and 56 minutes.
It is unclear why the A330 had to make that fuel stop, possibly because the long flying time may not have enabled the airline to do Doha-Buenos Aires in one go.
But for now, on behalf of the team at AirNav RadarBox, we would like to congratulate the Argentinian national team on their World Cup success.
